Home Baby Reveal is honored to be invited into your growing family’s home during this special time!  We appreciate the opportunity to help your family create a truly special moment, so please let us know how we can provide the best in-home ultrasound experience possible. 

What do I need for my appointment?

Clients should wear loose clothing so the belly is easily accessible.  We require the family to designate an area large enough for Mom to get comfortable and the sonographer to set up our ultrasound machine and laptop (typically a TV/couch/living room area w/ large coffee table).  HDMI connection is also available if the family wants to view on the television.

What is included in my package?

All non-medical 2D/3D/4D/HD baby reveals scans include free digital copies via online download, but also can backed up to thumb drive if provided by the client.  Diagnostic scans include reading by a licensed radiology partner who will return results to the client’s healthcare provider within (24) hours or (1) hour if STAT.

Are we available in the evenings and weekends?

Yes, we are available on evenings and weekends, however, routine ultrasounds are generally scheduled at least two weeks in advance.  Additionally, we are available for STAT ultrasounds if your needs are critical, so please let us know immediately if this is the case.

Does an elective gender reveal or an elective 2D/3D/4D ultrasound replace my healthcare provider’s scan?

Although non-medical ultrasounds can include heartbeat, gender and other features, they do not replace those ordered by your healthcare provider.  All clients must already be under the care of a certified healthcare provider prior to our visit. We do provide separate medical scans including a viability + dating scan, comprehensive anatomy scan, biophysical profile and general wellness + heartbeat check.  

How do I schedule my home ultrasound appointment?

All processing is done online, so please submit your appointment request via Medical Scans or 2D/3D/4D Home Reveal pages.  We will then email online paperwork to secure your appointment time; upon completion, you will receive a PDF copy of completed paperwork and calendar invite to ensure appointment accuracy. 

What else do I need to know?

Although email is our preferred method of processing, please do not email any medical information.  Also, your designated sonographer will connect with you the week of your scan, so please expect their communication via call/text.  Lastly, we ask that all potential distractions that could potentially disrupt our scan (pets, small children, etc.) be secured from the ultrasound area during our visit.

After client information is received, Home Baby Reveal will connect and email all necessary paperwork to secure your appointment online.  Upon completion, the client will receive a PDF copy of agreement, receipt and calendar invite to ensure appointment accuracy. 

What else do I need to know?

Although all appointment changes must be emailed for documentation purposes, please do not send your medical information this way.  Also, we ask that all pets and other distractions must be secured away from the ultrasound area.
